This little piggy went Wee Wee Wee and had to move to a new home

Good ol' army. Right when you start to get comfortable and start getting some pretty good home-making care packages they tell you that they're going to move you again.
This time the move is across the street. Literally. I'm moving about a quarter of a mile!
The jury is still out on whether or not this is a good thing, but from the rumors I've heard this move will be back to a "hard structure" that has bathrooms and showers INSIDE the building! That would be amazing but there's also a nasty little rumor that says we will be in zero-privacy rooms that we share with 1-3 other people. I was just getting used to having a little privacy again, so I hope that rumor isn't true!

Now the only issue is figuring out how on earth I am going to get all of my things into a new room! I've already started talking to people offering to trade food/candy for labor, now I just need to find someone that will lend me a vehicle to load up all of my bags and plastic drawers, because carrying those lopsided last-leg shelves is not an option. I'm just thankful that all of the command strip organizers I recently put up (Thanks Vonda!) come with extra adhesive!
Lets all keep our fingers crossed and say a prayer that the rooms are single occupancy and do, in fact, have bathrooms inside!

Before I depart I will leave you with some images of the Afghan sunset and the Hindu Kush mountains that surround us:
Just try to ignore the big ugly building that obscures most of the mountain!

As you see below, these are the buildings that we're sleeping in now. Not exactly Marriott or even Best Western standards! Look past those and you can see the jagged and enormously tall mountains that are hidden from view by dust most days.

Hopefully soon I can post some pictures of them with snow that sticks for more than an hour at a time!
