Barefoot Adventures: World Cup Shenanigans

If you don't live under a rock or in a large, deep hole then I'm sure you're well aware that the World Cup is in full swing. For those of you that have discovered the viewing pleasure of the World Cup for the first time- you're not alone.
This year has hands down been the most viewed and talked about World Cup ever. But that's expected when USA is still in, and commonly strong teams like England and Italy are already out (shocker). I personally think that the reason that it's so big this year is because America finally took interest. I mean we (America) bought more tickets for World Cup games than any country besides Brazil, which is where the World Cup is. If you didn't know that then you're probably the worst type of social media band wagoner. FYI.
As if that weren't enough drama, now EVERYONE is up in arms about Luis Suarez channeling his best Mike Tyson.

Luis Suarez is easily one of the best soccer players in the world but sadly he has a tendancy to throw fits and bite people. It's ok Luis, Alexis used to have that problem too. She's 3.
Not surprisingly, FIFA has decided to ban Suarez for 9 games of the World Cup AND for the next four months from ALL soccer. I mean this is the third time it's happened!

I'm sorry Uruguay (not really. 'Merica). And I'm sorry Liverpool but you'll be performing without Jaws for a while.

But to get down to what's really important.

USA is playing Germany in an hour and I hope you're all luckier than I am and can take a long lunch and watch the match!
