Warren is 4 months!

So much has happened in the last month! Warren started showing SO MUCH INTEREST In food! Any time we ate anything he would shove his fists in his mouth or try to get some, so we decided to try out a little bit of solid food a couple weeks early. I know they recommend waiting until 4-6 months, but he hit all of the pre-reqs and when we tried it out HE LOVED IT!
Seriously, he is such a good eater. He's already up to eating 3-4ounces at a sitting and he is all smiles and giggles the whole time. We have such a happy baby!

Look at me! Today I'm: Four months old!

He weighs: 14.8lbs; 36%

His height/length is now: 27 inches! We have a little he-giant that is now in the 98%! It's obvious in his pajamas..

His clothing size is: 3-6mo. When we try putting him in 3 month clothes you can really see how long he is- they turn into belly shirts!

This month he learned: So much! On Father's Day (which was also Matt's birthday) he gave us his very first laugh! He also decided to roll from tummy to back that day! Then in the last week, he's discovered his feet, rolled over front to back AND back to front and shown so much more interest in his toys!

Special trips we took: We went on a family vacation out to a big lake house where Warren got to meet lots of family! It was another long car ride (12 hours) but Warren is still such a trooper in the car!

Mommy and daddy's thoughts about this month: this month was the best! It's so much fun to be able to play with your kids and have them play back and laugh! Even more than playing with Warren, I love watching Alexis play with him. She gets up in his face and says, "You're so cute! Yes you are! Yes you are!" And he LOVES it ❤️

His routine: his bedtime routine starts at 8:45 with a bath, then pjs, nursing and a few minutes of cuddle time and hes ready for his crib. After we lay him down, he falls asleep and is out until 8:30am!
He's currently transitioning from 3 naps a day to 2 naps a day, so we're trying to figure out an average time/length but this week he has been all over the place. I'm sure we'll figure it out soon enough.

Best moment: When Matt told me to come inside to hear Warren laughing for the first time!

His favorite things are: His toys, his toes, and playing in the water!
And snuggles, of course!
